These terms govern the relationship between you and Zupatkos in relation to our website, our restaurant services and our evening events. They apply alongside any specific information provided for individual events.

Restaurant Services

Zupatkos is a modern Australian grill restaurant located in the Sydney CBD. We provide dining, drinks and a program of occasional evening events. Availability of dishes, drinks and events may change.

We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but content is provided for general information only and may change without notice. Menu items, events, prices and details are examples and may vary.

Menu and Prices

Menu items and prices shown online are indicative and may change.
Seasonal availability means some dishes may not always be offered.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD, A$) and, unless stated otherwise, include applicable taxes.
The prices confirmed at the time of ordering or booking apply.

Restaurant Enquiries and Reservations

Enquiries and reservation requests made through our website or by phone are subject to availability and confirmation by the restaurant. A reservation is not guaranteed until confirmed by us.

Event Information and Registration

Details for each event (date, time, inclusions and price) are provided on the Events & Evenings page.
Submitting an event registration form is a request only — it does not automatically confirm your place.
Confirmation depends on availability, event capacity and confirmation from Zupatkos.
We’ll contact you to confirm your booking or to advise if an event is full.

Paid and Free Events

Our program includes free evenings, small paid social events and ticketed dinners. Where an event has a price, it will be shown with the event. Any event participation fee covers hospitality and event organisation, such as reserved seating, a welcome drink, a small plate or event hosting.

Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

If you need to cancel or change a booking, please contact us as early as possible.
We may occasionally need to reschedule or cancel an event; if we do, we’ll let you know and, where you’ve paid, offer a suitable alternative or a refund as appropriate.
Refund conditions for paid events will be made clear at the time of booking.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify those rights.

Guest Responsibilities and Conduct

We want everyone to enjoy their evening. Guests are asked to behave respectfully towards our team and other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry in line with our responsibilities as a licensed venue and applicable law.

Food, Drink and Allergen Information

We’re happy to answer questions about ingredients, allergens and dietary requirements.
While we take care in the kitchen, our premises handle a range of ingredients and we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free of a given allergen. Please speak to our team about serious allergies.
As a licensed venue, we serve alcohol responsibly and in accordance with New South Wales licensing requirements. We may decline to serve alcohol where appropriate.

Photography and Event Media

We may occasionally take photographs or video at events for our own promotional use. If you’d prefer not to appear, please let our team know on the night.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website — including text, images, branding and design — belongs to Zupatkos or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We are not responsible for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, utility failures or other unforeseen circumstances.

Changes to Events or Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions, and adjust or cancel events, from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your booking or use applies.

Poker-Themed Social Evenings

For the avoidance of doubt:

Zupatkos is primarily a restaurant.
Where offered, poker-themed social evenings are occasional, casual events held for entertainment within our wider restaurant program.
This website does not provide online poker or real-money gambling services, and Zupatkos does not operate a casino or gambling establishment.
Any event participation fee relates to hospitality and event organisation only, and is not a gambling stake.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
